For any accompanying person, who shares the room with a participant and does not attend the scientific sessions, the accommodation costs are € 200,00 to be paid on site.
SHUTTLE SERVICES WILL BE SCHEDULED WITH THE FOLLOWING TIMETABLE (to be confirmed):
– FRIDAY, JUNE 19th FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT TO THE COURSE VENUE H. 14.00 (THE SEMINAR WILL START AT ABOUT 4:00 PM).
– SUNDAY, JUNE 21st FROM THE COURSE VENUE TO BOLOGNA AIRPORT H 12.30 – 1.00 PM (arrival time to Bologna airport at about 3.00 pm).

Some useful information concerning your registration:
– “ID CODE” field: if you haven’t it, please write no code or 0000

– In case of double room accommodation you could specify your roommate in the field note of your registration form on line. If you come with an accompanying person who not attend the seminar (husband, wife, friend, ecc.) please specify it in the field note of your registration form on line. You will pay the extra cost for his/her staying once in Bertinoro.
